Tough Mudder obstacle #9- Berlin Walls

We had a great experience at this obstacle.  The wall was about 10 feet high, so it was difficult to get over alone.  I think Reed boosted us up again, and we dropped over one at at time.

When we got to the second wall there was a paraplegic guy that had a team helping him through the course.  His teammates were pushing him over the wall, but he couldn’t push back with his legs, which seemed to make the wall taller.  Craig jumped on the wall to get higher and help push him up.  I went over the wall to help catch him on the other side.  He had to get about as high as this woman so he could get enough body weight over the wall, but he was laying on the wall.  He said, “Here I come” and basically let himself fall and trusted that we would catch him.  After we caught him his friends took over and got him in his specialized wheelchair.  That was inspiring as I easily ran to the next obstacle.Berlin Walls 3
