My second daughter turned 12 today. That doesn’t feel possible. We got up at 5 am to go to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple to do baptisms for the dead. She has been waiting all year for this. We weren’t sure if we would be able to get her recommend with a new Bishop being called on Sunday, but we were able to make it happen. She did 10 baptisms and 5 confirmations, all for people from Hungary. It was different that she expected, but she said it was a great experience. We stopped at Maverik on the way home for a donut, which is a tradition her older sister started. It was nice to spend time with just the two of us and do something that will build her testimony and take her closer to God.
